My 6 Year Old Is Doing 2nd Grade Work In 1st Grade But They Don’t Advance Students Anymore…what Should I Do?
He is literally having the 2nd grade teacher bring classwork to his 1st grade class and he does it on his own while the rest of the class learns things he learned like 2 years ago. His teacher has even said, ” I don’t know what to do with him other then let him lead the class, and the school no longer advances students to the next grade.” ( and now he is having behavior problems in class and with other students, ISS & suspension- next will be expulsion.) What should I do?
