What are the characteristics a teacher of elementary LKG/UKG or 1st grade should have to be a Good Class Teacher. Also tell us your experience to solve the different problems faced with these younger aged kids and How to solve it.

They are easy-going, nice, friendly, and bright. I taught 1st grade last 2 years, but now I teach 6th grade.
Teachers of any grade have to be extra smart and energetic
but a teacher of the smaller has to be extra sensitive motherly understanding and loving i mean almost like a mother to each and every kid……..i hope you like the ans and it helps u to understand the role of a teacher better
The most important thing for all teachers is to care about kids. If you care the kids will feel that and they will respond to you. Then have a plan, and all your stuff ready for the week. After you have been teaching for a while you will know what works and what doesn’t. Steal from older teachers!!
