Let her choose what she wants to play. Ask her and be willing to behave like a 1st grader. It is fun!

find out what she likes (animals, video/tv characters, ect) and try to find a craft, game, or activity around that.
or, with permission from her aunt, you could have her help you bake something one time, like cookies, have her look at the line on the measuring cup and have her tell you when you get enough flour, sugar, ect. up to that line. she can help you mix and if you make snickerdoodle cookies, she can roll the cookie dough in the cinnamon and sugar. it will aslo give youtime to teach about the importance of washing her hands when baking.
another idea is making homeade play-dough. after you take it out of the pan, have her work some color into a small piece while you do most of it and you can make shapes and guess what eachother is making.
have fun with whatever you do. hope these helped.
